This is a 5-month project we did in Los Angeles.  The project consisted of a 498 square foot master suite addition (walk-in closet and master suite bathroom), new engineered wood floors throughout the house, removal of the wall separating the kitchen and living room, new kitchen, new windows throughout, custom bench seat under bay window, new HVAC, new interior window moldings, new baseboards, low-voltage work, new roof and an upgrade to a 200 amp electrical panel.
